Open the Passport in Word and print the page. The Passport should fit on one page of A4 (but You might have to adjust the page borders in MsWord) and so folds easily into a handy reference in case of emergencies. We also remind those who use the Medical Passport to have their Doctor assist in the completion of the relevant sections within No's 6 - 14.
